AFNC provides support for people who have higher level needs, due to disability, chronic conditions, or illness. Participants requiring these supports have complex health needs that must be supported by workers with specialised skills and experience, to ensure that the supports they receive are safe and of the highest quality.
We understand that each one of our participants are different and unique individuals, with their own preferences and life goals. This understanding helps drive our person-centred care and services. We are here to ensure that you, or your loved one, receives the level of care that they deserve, in an environment that is personalised, trusted and supportive. Our experienced staff undergo a range of professional and safety assessments to ensure that we offer the best and safest care to our participants.
