NDIS Comprehensive Continence Nurse Assessment service-all ages:
When it comes to supporting you with continence care, our continence nurse will consider the most suitable type of continence plan to meet your goals and include a documented continence plan with prescription of any continence products or equipment needed and any relevant training for you and your carer.
Under Capacity Building
You will require a minimum of 6 hours for a full assessment, report, and product prescription. If your needs are complex and include multiple products or travel, then additional hours may be required.

What happens at a NDIS Continence Assessment?
Your Continence Nurse Specialist will discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve from your assessment.
Your Continence Nurse Specialist will ask lots of questions about you and your bladder and/or bowel issues.
After your appointment, your Continence Nurse Specialist will write a detailed report.
