When it comes to supporting you with continence care, our continence nurse will consider the most suitable type of continence plan to meet your goals and include a documented continence plan with prescription of any continence products or equipment needed and any relevant training for you and your carer.

  • Under Capacity Building

  • You will require a minimum of 6 hours for a full assessment, report, and product prescription. If your needs are complex and include multiple products or travel, then additional hours may be required.

  • Delivery of health supports by a clinical nurse weekday daytime @ $127.70.

What happens at a NDIS Continence Assessment?

Your Continence Nurse Specialist will discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve from your assessment.

  • Your Continence Nurse Specialist will ask lots of questions about you and your bladder and/or bowel issues.

  • After your appointment, your Continence Nurse Specialist will write a detailed report.
